PRICES
Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the store.
The price shown at checkout is the price charged, subject to any valid discount or promotion applied before payment.
We are not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged by us on your order.
BUNDLES AND SAVINGS
Where a bundle, saving or promotional offer is displayed, the offer details shown on the product page or at checkout form part of that offer.
Savings may be calculated against the normal selling price of the products included in the offer.
Promotional offers may be changed or withdrawn for future orders.
ORDERS
Placing an order is an offer to purchase from Corra.
We may decline or cancel an order where a product is unavailable, there is an obvious pricing or listing error, payment cannot be authorised, or we reasonably suspect misuse or fraudulent activity.
If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, the amount due will be refunded.
PRODUCT INFORMATION
We aim to describe Neck Reset™ and any future Corra products accurately, including important limitations.
Neck Reset™ uses adjustable electrical pulse stimulation rather than mechanical kneading and includes optional heat.
Product photographs are representative. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on lighting and the screen used to view the store.
Corra products are consumer wellness products and are not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment.
If you have a medical concern or are unsure whether an electrical stimulation product is suitable for you, seek appropriate professional advice before use.
AGE
You must be 18 or over, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to place an order through the store.
RETURNS AND CONSUMER RIGHTS
Nothing in these terms removes or limits your statutory consumer rights.
